Boat, Caution, or Nope for the harbor you are checking, with the best window for the hours you plan to be out. Wind, waves, and tide sit next to the flag. If the forecast is still loading, the app says it is checking the water. If a piece the call needs is missing, it says Incomplete instead of inventing a flag.
One shared timeline
Wind, waves, and tide share the same hours, so you can see the afternoon without lining up three apps. The week ahead marks each day’s best outing window inside the limits you set.
Your boat in the math
Set a wind limit and a wave limit for each boat, and how many hours you want to be out. The app looks for a continuous stretch that fits those limits. The limits organize the forecast. They are not a promise the water will stay inside them.

Boat or Nope looks for a continuous forecast window that fits those limits and the time you expect to spend on the water. The limits help organize the decision; they do not turn a forecast into a safety guarantee.

One honest call, with the evidence left in.
Open the wind, seas, tide, weather, observation, and advisory details; see when the forecast was generated; and check which NOAA and National Weather Service sources were used.
If decision-critical data is missing, Boat or Nope says Incomplete instead of quietly filling the gap with a reassuring guess. That is less magical, and much more useful.
