Boat or Nope looks for a continuous forecast window that fits those limits and the time you expect to spend on the water. The limits help organize the decision; they do not turn a forecast into a safety guarantee.

Open the wind, seas, tide, weather, observation, and advisory details; see when the forecast was generated; and check which NOAA and National Weather Service sources were used.
If decision-critical data is missing, Boat or Nope says Incomplete instead of quietly filling the gap with a reassuring guess. That is less magical, and much more useful.
